I am a Boston-based sound artist from the San Francisco Bay Area working in acoustic and electronic composition, multimedia collaboration, field recording, and research. My work often explores environmental relationships, queerness, and sensitivity, and I am drawn to the timbral intricacies of instruments as well as topics in acoustic ecology.
In the past, I have worked with groups such as loadbang and the Boston New Music Initiative and interned at the Ojai Music Festival. I currently work as a research assistant at the Berklee Music and Health Institute, studying music and sound’s contribution to emotional resonance in climate change storytelling.
I pursue degrees in Applied Environmental Studies at Tufts University and Composition at New England Conservatory, where I study with Kati Agócs.
